Women in Need (WIN) provides safety and options to all victims of domestic and sexual violence in Franklin and Fulton Counties of Pennsylvania. "Helping people help themselves" is WIN's philosophy. Services assist people in making constructive decisions by educating them to the options and alternatives available. Emotional and practical support is provided so that victims may achieve their own goals.
